We have a production workshop which covers an area of 73,000m2 and houses a full complement of equipment, including bending machines, an H section steel production line, a composite panel production line, CNC cutting machines, and welding machines, to name but a few. Our high output is achieved through the efficient division of space and labor, having three production lines for our prefabricated house series, two production lines for our light steel structure warehouse and workshop series, one production line for our light steel villa series, and three production lines for our container house series. A complete selection of production equipment ensures we can achieve a daily manufacturing output of 5,000m2 of prefab houses, container houses and steel structure buildings and in 2008 we manufactured 100,000m2 of prefabricated house every month to aid in the reconstruction of Wenchuan after the earthquake.

Our prefab houses are environmentally friendly and can offer you savings on your prefabricated accommodation costs. The prefabricated house has a light steel structure with sandwich panels for its walls and roof. Assembled using bolts, it can be easily put up and taken down when needed by a small, low-skill workforce. For example, a prefab house offering a building area of 300m2 can be assembled by just 7 workers in 3 workdays with only basic tools and a set of instructions. In addition, all parts are reusable. The houses can be taken down and reassembled more than 6 times and have a service life of over 15 years. With these advantages in mind, our prefabricated houses can not only be used as temporary accommodation and offices but have a wide variety of other uses and are ideal for use on construction sites, tourism sites, in exhibitions, the natural gas and petroleum exploration industries, and many more. They are also ideal for use as accommodation solutions in the event of natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods and tsunamis.

Our container house is also made using eco-friendly steel structure materials. The standard size is equivalent to a 20ft shipping container, but they can also be manufactured at 30ft, 40ft or any other special size as per your requirements. Container houses are easily transported and constructed, and as a result are suitable for groups or workforces who frequently change location. Being of resilient construction, the use of superior quality steel materials provides them with good resistance to deformation and earthquake damage. As a result, they are well received by clients from Pakistan, Russia and Georgia.
